Job Overview

At Packwell Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company is a leading provider of plastics packaging and logistics services since 1986.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as compiling expense reports, making travel arrangements, and handling requests and queries.
  • Provide clerical support to other departments, as required.
  • Assist with event planning, meeting preparation, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

We require a self-starter with a high school education or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in a related business. Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and ability to investigate and resolve problems are essential.

Work Environment

The ideal candidate will thrive in a non-smoking, climate-controlled office environment with minimal distractions. The noise level is usually quiet, and the employee will be frequently required to sit (approx. 95%) and occasionally stand or walk (5%).
