Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the office and supporting the Accounting Manager in maintaining accurate financial records.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and payable
- Analyze general ledger account activity and prepare journal entries
- Timely preparation of bank reconciliations
- Implement corporate accounting principles and procedures
- Manage special projects as needed
- Create reports, memos, and other documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
