Job Title: Marketing Coordinator, Executive Programs

Job Summary:

The FAU College of Business is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Executive Programs to assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing and publishing engaging content, and managing social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, events, social media, and content marketing.
  • Develop and publish engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, newsletters, social media, and additional platforms.
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Design marketing materials and graphics for ad hoc requests from stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Act as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments, facilitating information gathering and project coordination.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization.
  • Two years of experience in marketing, public relations, customer service, writing, social media, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
