Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Performance Advisor to lead the delivery of data analysis and reporting for assigned clients. This role will involve analyzing and recommending solutions for client documentation improvement processes, data inconsistency trends, and key performance indicators. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative minds and make an impact in the healthcare industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university in Nursing, Health Information Management, Business, Physical or Biological Science
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement, Health Information Management, or Healthcare Analytics
  • Ability to identify data anomalies and suggest corrective courses of action
Estimated Salary

$137,439 - $167,981 per year, based on location and experience.
