Job Title: Healthcare Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team at OpEx Solutions, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a government contract for the Tennessee Army National Guard.

Job Description:

A healthcare operations specialist will aid in improving care management in behavioral health and credential management. They will review soldier medical information to ascertain their medical status, injuries, illnesses, or diseases. Additionally, they will monitor and input information into Medical Operational Data System (MODS), review and make entries in Automated Voucher System (AVS), submit documentation into Health Readiness Record (HRR) module for soldier medical, dental, and medical personnel action documentation, submit entries into Medical Action Tracking System (MATS), track medical status & input of medical charts in MEDCHART, track soldier treatment plans with appropriate medical facilities, attend Medical Readiness Event (MRE) as needed, ensure medical documentation from soldier, unit, or medical provider is in appropriate electronic record, Soldiers Treatment Record (STR), and educate soldiers on resources to improve medical and dental readiness.

Maintain HIPAA Act of 1996 standards and guidelines.
