Industrial Process Improvement Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join Topre America Corporation in Smyrna, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining efficient operational methods for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain that improve profitability.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ERP and CAD systems is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop solutions to meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals.
- Determine metrics and create comprehensive metrics to monitor progress and effectively communicate with leadership.
- Drive projects to increase productivity, reduce lead time, improve quality, and cost savings.
- Analyze and ensure material transactions are executed properly, accurately, and timely.
- Improve labor productivity through the development and deployment of best-known methods and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Assist the accounting department with the analysis of production-related cost variance as needed.
- Identify process tools and maintain the list of production line properties to support changes.
- Develop and document procedures and work instructions.
