Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Healthcare Performance Strategist
Location: Remote
This role requires a highly skilled professional who can analyze complex healthcare data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of data analysis and reporting services for assigned clients
- Analyzing and recommending solutions for client documentation improvement processes and data inconsistency trends
- Couching clients on the use of web-based reporting tools
- Managing key client relationships and collaborating with other teams to drive business growth
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Health Information Management, Business, Physical or Biological Science, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, health information management, and/or healthcare finance
- A minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing and processing healthcare data, identifying anomalies, and recommending corrective courses of action
Solventum offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A salary range of $137,439 - $167,981, based on location and experience
