We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Kya Services, LLC. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting Regional Advisors in creating and maintaining a strong customer base in specified territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research target markets and identify key contacts for prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Develop thorough knowledge of product lines, including maintenance needs, installation requirements, and KYA processes
  • Collect and enter relevant information into KUE/HubSpot
  • Follow up on quote status and deliver quotes to clients
  • Assist with creating new support tickets and sending POs to the Contracts department
  • Visit installs and coordinate site logistics as needed
  • Facilitate signed work releases and take before-and-after photos of installs
  • Assist with marketing efforts and estimate jobs
  • Travel to support Regional Advisors in California
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two years of related experience
  • Basic proficiency in measuring tools and computer/tablet knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
