- Negotiation and closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details to reach mutually beneficial agreements, close sales deals and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals, provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Market and competitive analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Product knowledge: Understand the details of the products and services being sold, continue to learn and stay up to date with the newest products, services, and trends.
- Valid Driver License, ability to drive a vehicle for 6 hours per day.
- Demonstrates competency in computer and tablet use, solid verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity, must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis (locations with bottled water).
