Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Company: Wesco International, Inc.

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to drive business growth and expand our customer base. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new sales opportunities and managing existing customer relationships to increase revenue and drive company success. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer account strategies to drive sales growth
  • Create new business opportunities through various channels and partnerships
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to plan and document sales activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required; Advanced Degree preferred
  • Proven sales experience necessary, outside sales experience preferred
  • Industry experience of two years preferred
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Working Environment: This role involves outside sales with occasional office work. Travel to customer sites and warehouse facilities may be required, with exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
