Our guests expect nothing but the best, and we're looking for a Front Desk Agent who can deliver.
Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and service-minded Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional knowledge and service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
- Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
- Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and requests, and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
We're looking for individuals with high organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in a luxury, fast-paced environment is preferred, and authorization to work in the United States is required.
