Front Desk Associate

Job Summary
As a Front Desk Associate at Dimension Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires a pleasant, professional, and efficient demeanor, with a focus on delivering an overall positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, and provide escort instructions as needed.
- Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, and local information.
- Manage room availability and guest accounts, making reservations and cancellations as necessary.
- Compute guest bills, collect payment, and make change.
- Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages, and transmit and receive messages using hotel equipment.
- Understand and enforce hotel credit policies, accounting for all cash and making deposits as required.
- Take the initiative to greet guests warmly and provide a friendly service.
- In a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned employees, assign work, and ensure proper performance.
- May make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 months of hospitality, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service experience.
Range $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
