Job Summary

As a Front Desk Associate at Dimension Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires a pleasant, professional, and efficient demeanor, with a focus on delivering an overall positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, and provide escort instructions as needed.
  2. Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, and local information.
  3. Manage room availability and guest accounts, making reservations and cancellations as necessary.
  4. Compute guest bills, collect payment, and make change.
  5. Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages, and transmit and receive messages using hotel equipment.
  6. Understand and enforce hotel credit policies, accounting for all cash and making deposits as required.
  7. Take the initiative to greet guests warmly and provide a friendly service.
  8. In a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned employees, assign work, and ensure proper performance.
  9. May make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 months of hospitality, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service experience.
Salary
Range $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
