Job Title: Account Executive Specialty Markets
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at RAM Executive Search LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key strategic customers in the industrial aftermarket sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer-facing relationships with key target accounts, working from guidance and program structures created by an internal team.
- Leverage the product offering, programs, and established market presence to generate new business at the target accounts.
- Conduct regular customer business reviews (QBRs) to maintain relationships, focus on business development, and follow up on action items.
- Report QBRs and other significant customer activity to the VP of Industrial Aftermarket Sales and the President of NBCA.
- Collaborate with various NBCA departments to ensure projects and opportunities are completed from the NTN side.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 4-year technical undergraduate degree.
- Competent knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment and industries.
- 5-7 years of experience in industrial sales.
- Possess market knowledge as it pertains to the bearing or PT industry.
- Comfortable calling on distributors and end-users to value-sell products and services.
- Ability to contribute to the team immediately, be a self-starter, and can learn quickly.
- Ability to travel multiple nights per month and have excellent time management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering degree.
- Experience with CRM.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel (30-50%).
