About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive Inside Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with existing ones to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target and acquire new clients through strategic sales efforts, focusing on selling IT solutions and consulting on current and future technology needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong book of business, driving the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients within a designated territory, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls and respond to inbound inquiries, engaging with clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our IT specialists to develop long-term buying relationships with organizations of all sizes.
  • Develop relationships with Insight's partners to work leads and close business.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • A strong interest in learning about IT solutions and technologies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and listening skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of $42,500 USD, plus variable incentive bonus and uncapped commissions, as well as additional benefits and perks.
