Sales Professional

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business. The ideal candidate will have a hunter's mentality, be motivated by earning potential, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals.
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.
- Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
- Maintain required activity standards to include conducting a minimum number of prospecting calls and cold call visits each week.
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
- Maintain and manage your "Top 100" list in the CRM.
- Contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
- 2-8 years of Sales experience required.
- Preferred Outside Sales in B2B environment.
- Must have previous success with cold calling (phone and in the field).
- Organized with territory management experience.
- Strong outgoing, dynamic personality.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings.
- Team player who can work effectively with operations and other sales team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
