Job Summary

The Strategic Sales team at Express Employment International Headquarters is seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken Sales Specialist to manage our new customer pipeline, document progress through the sales process, and communicate with customers and franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract review, pricing exercises, and implementation processes for multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other business terms in a professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Follow up on leads, outstanding deliverables, and action items in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a database of current and potential customers using internal tools.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to explain and demonstrate the benefits of contracts.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services within the staffing industry.
  • Research and qualify new leads, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales support administration or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 or more years' experience in inside or outside sales or client account management.

This is a fast-paced role with multiple customers at various stages of the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport, be an active listener, problem solver, and organized with strong technical skills in MS Office products.
