DescriptionThe Strategic Sales team at Express Employment International Headquarters is seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken Sales Specialist to manage our new customer pipeline, document progress through the sales process, and communicate with customers and franchisees. This role involves negotiating staffing agreements and pricing exercises, as well as implementing new clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities- Understand customers' needs and efficiently navigate our detail-oriented sales process.
- Manage contract review, pricing exercises, and implementation for multiple customers simultaneously.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other business terms in a professional manner.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Answer internal and external customer questions and provide additional information via email.
- Follow up on leads, outstanding deliverables, and action items in a timely manner to keep the sales process moving efficiently.
- Maintain a database of current and potential customers using our internal tools.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to explain and demonstrate the benefits of the contracts we are negotiating.
- Stay informed about competing products and services within the Staffing Industry.
- Research and qualify new leads, as well as achieve sales targets.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
- Demonstrable experience in sales support administration or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
- 5 or more years' experience in either inside or outside sales or client account management.
