Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of parts and materials, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials, verifying quantities and quality
  • Store and organize parts and materials in a safe and efficient manner
  • Prepare and ship parts and materials to customers and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and stockroom audits
  • Process inbound and outbound parts returns, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Assist with year-end processing and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety standards
  • Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians, providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with customers and internal departments
  • Microsoft Office experience, with proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
  • Ability to frequently lift 30 lbs. and occasionally lift 150 lbs., with safe operation of lift trucks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
