POSITION SUMMARY

The role involves receiving and storing inventory, retrieving products to fulfill customer orders, and packaging items for shipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately store products in designated locations using appropriate equipment, maintaining a 99.95% accuracy rate.
  • Efficiently pick products from shelves as per customer orders or work orders, ensuring a 99.95% accuracy rate.
  • Receive incoming products; verify shipments against paperwork, log received items into the system, and ensure proper storage.
  • Package products for dispatch with a contents accuracy of 99.95%, including international shipments.
  • Provide training to new associates on inbound and outbound procedures.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in picking and packing kits.
  • Handle hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experienced in using RF scanners.
