About the Role

United Imaging Healthcare is seeking a skilled Training Development Specialist to join our team in Houston. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing training programs that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees, including workshops, webinars, and online courses.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver content in a hybrid environment.
  • Facilitate in-person and online classes, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain learning metrics and analytics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Develop unique training programs to meet the specific needs of employees, maintaining or improving job skills.
  • Manage and maintain the learning management system, including working with vendors, system upgrades, maintenance, and advocacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong command of Microsoft Office skills.
  • SHRM-CP and CPTM, CPTD or similar certifications strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with audiences at all management levels.
  • Proficient in training demand research methods, training plan development, organizational implementation, and training evaluation methods.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and previous instructional design experience.
