Job Summary

As a Commercial Insurance Sales Manager at Coverica Alliance, you will play a crucial role in the distribution of quotes and bind requests to our team members. Your primary responsibility will be to quote and write new business accounts on behalf of our member agents, working closely with insurance carriers to streamline the delivery of information regarding new business opportunities and the new business process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales Force submissions and distribute quotes.
  • Review new business applications for completeness and contact agents for missing information.
  • Finalize quotes and issue policies through carrier websites.
  • Mentor new agents on applications and insurance products.
  • Achieve annual submission goals and meet time standards.
  • Guide new agents through mentorship programs.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits on bind confirmations.
  • Assist in planning and implementing training initiatives for member agents.
  • Coordinate meetings for member agents and create marketing materials.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
