Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow and SharePoint solutions across multiple business divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding a senior Product Manager to support the global expansion of ServiceNow, including a next-generation Stores Reporting strategy and SharePoint migration support.

The Product Delivery Manager will work closely with the ServiceNow Platform team to engage clients, map capabilities, and draft solution roadmaps. They will also liaise with the ServiceNow vendor support team for demos, customer feedback sessions, and design workshops.

The Product Delivery Manager will work with shared service and delivery partners across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver solutions. They will execute internal business stakeholder management activities, including scope review, design workshops, epic readiness activities, and team resource plans.

The Product Delivery Manager will manage a portion of the product team's Program Kanban, including the development of Lean Business Cases, Features, and Enablers. They will provide program-level epic support, including business and IT governance processes, leadership status reports, and collaboration with scrum teams to ensure delivery epics remain on track.

The Product Delivery Manager will contribute to ART/program layer deliverables, including product visions and delivery plan updates. They will also provide ongoing support to the Architectural Runway for technology strategy readouts and tech lifecycle reviews.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a history of ServiceNow functional or implementation experience and be well-versed in ServiceNow deployment methodology and solution delivery process. They should have a broad understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities to support tech strategy reviews with the core team. Previous experience with SharePoint implementations or conversions/transformations is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience contributing to or maintaining a backlog of product features is preferred. SAFe Agile methodology experience is also preferred, as is Kanban experience. JIRA and Confluence experience are a plus.
