Job Summary

Humana is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning the IT portfolio and demand with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of IT financial management, budget planning, and budget development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively report the status of programs, initiatives, and projects to senior and executive management.
  • Define, build, and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions that solve various problems in technical and business domains.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues within our ServiceNow and Apptio environments.
  • Drive and influence IT Productivity strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and help set direction for broad cross-functional areas.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in Program/Project and Portfolio management.
  • 8 years of experience in IT financial management, budget planning, and budget development of IT Programs/Projects.
  • 5 years of experience producing analysis, metrics, measurements, and trend reports with a variety of tools.
  • 5 years of experience with practices such as Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall, as well as extensive experience with pragmatic blending of styles to facilitate collaboration and delivery.
