About the Job

We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead implementations of the latest DevOps/ITOM technologies and integrate them with the ServiceNow platform. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with customers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop quality software and web applications
Analyze and maintain existing software applications
Design highly scalable, testable code
Discover and fix programming bugs
Develop 3rd party integrations (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc)
Create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL's, UI scripts
Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services
Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues
Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed
Participate in SCRUM calls
Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills
Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
Proficient in JS and ServiceNow
Experience leading ITOM implementations
Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus
Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously
Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
