Technical Support Specialist

At TEKsystems, we seek a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team as an IT Helpdesk Technician.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills to provide technical support to our end-users through our telephone support line and remote support tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Active Directory.
Responsibilities will include resetting passwords, diagnosing login problems, creating and managing Exchange and Office 365 mailboxes, adding users to security groups, and supporting Pulse Secure VPN accounts. The Technical Support Specialist will also be responsible for creating and managing tickets in our ServiceNow ticketing system and performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT experience and a strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS, O365, and Active Directory. Additionally, they must be able to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical users and provide excellent customer service.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides technical support to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
**Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.**

- 5+ years of IT experience
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
