Senior Administrative Coordinator

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator at Providence Health & Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the design, implementation, and coordination of the medical center's HPP (Hospital Preparedness Program) Grant, Emergency Preparedness, and Safety Programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of these critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and implementation of the HPP Grant, Emergency Preparedness, and Safety Programs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success
• Provide administrative support for program-related activities
• Develop and maintain program-related documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address program-related issues
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Certification in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint upon hire
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare position
• Experience in writing training compliance documentation in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with JCAHO in a healthcare environment
• Emergency preparedness experience with special focus on OSHA regulations and Hospital Safety
• Experience or certification in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
