Sales Expansion Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Growth Initiatives to join our team at Chain Store Maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market presence.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in a senior sales hunter role, with a proven track record of obtaining new business and quickly qualifying and closing deals. They will be able to work in a flexible and production-oriented environment, think critically, and make effective decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and profitability.
- Cultivate and qualify customer relationships, deliver effective proposals, and negotiate contracts to capture profitable new business.
- Establish short- and long-term goals, objectives, and procedures, directing work product of marketing to prospects through to contract agreement.
- Experience with or ability to learn and operate within Salesforce.com (CRM), HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong business acumen with successful track record of obtaining new business and quickly qualifying and closing deals.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate significant attention to detail and understanding of contracts, pricing, and implementation strategies.
We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The position is based in [location] and requires occasional travel to meet with clients and partners.
