As a Project Architect at Northern Impact, you will be a pivotal team member involved in the full project life cycle, from programming/conceptual design to construction administration.

Responsibilities

  • Project Construction Documents: Prepare comprehensive project construction documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Consultant and Contractor Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Code Review and Compliance: Conduct meticulous code review and compliance documentation to ensure project adherence.
  • Shop Drawings and Project Submittals: Critically review shop drawings and project submittals for document adherence.

Qualifications

  • Registered Architect: Certified and qualified to practice.
  • K-12 Experience: We are seeking an architect with K-12 Education project experience.
  • High-Energy and Goal-Oriented: A dynamic and motivated approach.
  • Passion for Creative Design: A deep enthusiasm for innovative design solutions.
  • Collaborative: Able to work closely with diverse team members, both in-house and externally.
  • Proficient in Multiple Tools: Mastery of essential tools like Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.
