Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to join our team in the Justice+Civic sector. As a key member of our integrated design team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project document development, including producing profitable and executable designs.
  • Coordinate with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product and adhere to project schedules and budgets.
  • Lead the project team in the adherence to all practice standards.
  • Supervise the design and technical development of the project.
  • Work directly with project managers and designers in the conceptual development of project documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • 12+ years of Architecture experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing Public Sector, Institutional, Civic, Public Safety, and/or Justice buildings.
  • Proficient in the use of Revit and other 3D computer modeling and rendering software.
  • The ability to travel occasionally to support national and/or regional project tasks.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and/or V-Ray.
  • Experience and interest in sustainable building design.
