Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving new client acquisition and sales growth across diverse sectors, including Healthcare, HealthTech, Government, Non-Profits, Legal, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients within your designated region.
- Sell our RaaSS model, offering businesses a cost-effective, subscription-based recruitment solution.
- Leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in key sectors, positioning destinationone as the go-to recruitment solution.
- Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up with potential clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors is essential.
- Experience in sales within staffing, service industry, or consulting is an asset.
- A ready book of business in any of the sectors we serve is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of recruitment services, particularly in the North American market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
