Sales and Account Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Sales and Account Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and delivery handoff.
- Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers across commercial and IT organizations.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage expertise in life sciences industry technology and processes to analyze customer needs and relate them to Courier Health's value propositions.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Industry Representation: Represent Courier Health at industry associations and events.
- CRM Management: Maintain opportunities, notes, contacts, and accounts in the internal CRM system.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software or technology sales and account management.
- Industry Expertise: Expertise in life sciences industry technology and processes, preferably commercial operations.
- Candidate Profile: Proven track record of cultivating C-suite relationships across multiple business functions, strong negotiation skills, and ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed to spend time onsite with customers.
