Sales Account Coordinator

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Account Managers in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Account Managers, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and analytics.
- Support the development and implementation of sales training programs for Account Managers and other sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $84,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
