Job Summary

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Account Managers in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and analytics.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales training programs for Account Managers and other sales teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
What We Offer

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $84,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
