Position Objective:
Accountable for supervising field operations and coordinating daily activities of the team. This role provides essential transportation and disposal services to clients.

Key responsibilities encompass manifesting, packaging, spill response, labeling, loading, unloading, and coordinating transportation, along with sampling and profiling materials while complying with state and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.

This position also involves training and mentoring team members and assisting in project estimation.

Main Responsibilities:
Ensures adherence to all compliance, health, and safety policies and procedures in line with departmental and regional standards.

Supervises compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other governmental regulations.

Facilitates and organizes all mandatory training sessions.

Oversees the operation and maintenance of all equipment to ensure optimal utilization.


Supports the training of team members to maintain performance standards across various functional areas.

Upholds a professional image by addressing client inquiries and proposing alternative solutions to current or potential challenges.
