Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Carrier Enterprise. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth in the HVAC distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales operations and achieve established sales and profitability goals
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all company assets are protected from theft or damage
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management in the HVAC industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail store environment
