Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Aaron's Services. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Assist with operational functions, including inventory management and customer service
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote products and services
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college or previous management experience preferred
- Valid state driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
