Medical Supply Customer Support Specialist

Norco, Inc. is in search of a dedicated individual to join our team as a Medical Supply Customer Support Specialist. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to both walk-in and phone-in clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Respond to incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of products, including their placement, availability, pricing, and usage.
- Effectively evaluate customer requirements for products or services.
- Inform patients and clients about medical products and services.
- Assist in fitting and selling medical products and services to clients.
- Process customer orders accurately and input them into the system.
- Maintain a stocked, clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned or necessary.
Compensation:
$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr Based on Experience
