We are currently in search of a dedicated individual to take on the role of Medical Supply Customer Support Specialist. This position is essential for assisting both walk-in and phone-in customers with their inquiries and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers in a courteous and enthusiastic manner.
- Promptly respond to incoming telephone calls.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of products, including their placement, availability, pricing, and usage.
- Effectively evaluate customer requirements for products or services.
- Provide education to patients/clients regarding medical products and services.
- Assist customers in fitting and purchasing medical products and services.
- Process customer orders accurately and input them into the computer system.
- Maintain a stocked, clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned or necessary.
Compensation:
The hourly wage is $21.00, contingent upon experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with an additional rotating on-call schedule.
