About the RoleAs an Account Executive at TDS Telecom, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and delivering compelling solutions to meet their needs. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with our customers to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build relationships with prospective customers to understand their business needs and develop targeted solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships
- Manage and submit accurate and timely new orders, as well as moves, adds, changes, and deletions (MACDs) to the existing customer base
- Maintain accurate and timely customer status and forecasts using our CRM system
- 2+ years of inside and outside sales experience
- 1+ years of experience in successful prospecting and generating leads through cold calling
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation
