About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Vice President, Development to join our team at the Alzheimer's Association. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to support our mission to end Alzheimer's disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive development strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key community leaders and corporate partners
  • Lead and coach a team of professional development staff to achieve fundraising goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising programs
  • Provide inspirational leadership and oversight to ensure successful fundraising events and campaigns
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising and other diversified fundraising programs
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in supervising and motivating a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively analyze and utilize data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Luminate
