- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for fundraising and development.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track fundraising progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in fundraising and development.
- Masters degree + 8 years of relevant professional development experience, or
- Bachelors degree + 10 years of relevant professional development experience, or
- Associates degree + 12 years of relevant professional development experience, or
- H/S diploma or equivalent + 14 years of relevant professional development experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a complex fund-raising environment.
- Must have at least 6 years of supervisory experience.
- Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification desired.
