Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, community leaders, and volunteers.
  • Lead and manage a team of development staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure successful execution of development programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising campaigns, events, and programs.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our development programs remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven leadership experience in peer-to-peer fundraising, development, and other diversified fundraising programs.
  • Experience with mass market events, corporate sponsorship, and major gifts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively analyze and utilize data to drive results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software applications.
