About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Vice President, Development to join our team at the Alzheimer's Association. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our mission to end Alzheimer's disease and all other dementia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive development strategies to achieve revenue growth and support our mission
  • Lead and manage a team of professional development staff to achieve fundraising goals
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key community leaders and C-Suite corporate partners
  • Coach and inspire team members to build successful event growth strategies through community and volunteer engagement
  • Work closely with Chapter and cross-functional leadership to develop ambitious development strategies and goals
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven leadership experience in peer-to-peer, fundraising, and other diversified fundraising programs
  • Experience with mass market events like Walk to End Alzheimer's
  • Strong track record of networking and cultivating key C-Suite community and corporate leaders
  • Ability to analyze and utilize data to increase productivity and enhance results
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and teleconferencing software
