Pharmacy Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at MedStar Health in Washington, DC. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy technicians and staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations
- Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure operational efficiency and positive patient outcomes
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff on quality assessment and process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years management experience in a healthcare setting
- Effective verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and independent judgment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced computer skills and supervisor experience
