Senior Business Growth Specialist

AppleOne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Business Development/Sales Rep. for their growing team.
This is a direct hire position that requires a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding client bases.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a successful business development plan to drive growth and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and warm calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Manage social media presence and online reputation
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business growth
- Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the workflow to support the wealth manager and wealth management leadership team commitments to clients and meet post-client meeting delivery deadlines
- Deliver client support that results in increased referrals and high client retention
- Develop community outreach plans, including relationship development with professional referral sources with the intent of generating viable leads for the community
- Plan and organize educational financial workshops, including registration, attendee tracking, presentation, materials support and pre and post event
Requirements:
- BA/BS Preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in the sales/services industry
- Experience creating marketing strategies
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Effective communication with other staff members
- Strong track record expanding existing client base
- Sales experience and knowledge of marketing and business development
- Cold call and warm call skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client
