Coordinate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance the business intelligence infrastructure and data capabilities.

Training and Development:

Mentor and train junior analysts and other team members on business intelligence tools, data analysis techniques, and best practices.

Continuously stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in business intelligence technologies and real estate analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role within the real estate industry.

Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker) and data warehousing solutions.

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools.

Familiarity with real estate databases and systems (e.g., MLS, CoStar, Yardi).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Experience working with large datasets and data modeling.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
