Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, emphasizing Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Quantitative Analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SQL, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification as a Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar credential is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple initiatives, and excel in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough Business Impact Analysis to pinpoint essential business functions, interdependencies, and potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the repercussions of disruptions and prioritize recovery strategies, while working with stakeholders to update and refine the continuity process based on shifts in business operations, risks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain BIA documentation and reports to support business continuity planning.
  • Design, implement, and uphold effective BCP strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure resilience and swift recovery from disruptions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate BCP exercises, simulations, and tests to validate the efficacy of the continuity strategies.
  • Utilize advanced quantitative methods and tools to analyze business data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize business processes.
  • Develop and maintain quantitative models, forecasts, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, comprehend business needs, and align BIA, BCP, and quantitative analysis initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in BIA, BCP, and quantitative analysis methodologies.
