Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NESCO Inc. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and coordination services to our Global Facilities and Real Estate team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, visitors, and contractors
  • Coordinate administrative and coordinator support for Global Facilities and Real Estate employees
  • Assist with research and record units of measure for Greenhouse Gas Tracking
  • Support and coordinate data and information with shared management duties for Global Records Retention
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance work order system via self or department-developed web tools
  • Provide communication of all arrangements to requesting individuals and management
  • Perform other various coordination duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment
  • A self-starter with ability to manage numerous tasks independently
  • Strong organization and planning skills as well as attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules, needs, and requirements
