Pediatrics On Demand Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and HR Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and assisting with HR-related tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to management, staff, and visitors
  • Handling office tasks, scheduling meetings, and preparing communications
  • Ordering office supplies and equipment
  • Ensuring the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
  • Working with vendors and managing employee uniforms
  • Providing support to managers and employees

HR duties include:

  • Selecting, scheduling, and interviewing potential new hires
  • Onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files
  • Updating job descriptions and listings
  • Providing information to employees and updating employee handbooks
  • Maintaining knowledge of benefits and labor laws

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field
  • Prior administrative and HR experience
  • Excellent computer, verbal, and written skills
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work independently and as a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach
