We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 250-350 customer accounts, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts to achieve revenue growth and retention goals
- Develop and execute plans to promote additional usage, address churn risk, and upsell plan upgrades
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide regular feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS quota-carrying sales or customer success roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with Salesforce is mandatory
