We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our engineering consulting team at Iconergy. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing and procuring new project opportunities and clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced professional to lead business development and sales efforts for our consulting services team. You will work closely with our sales team and engineering staff to identify and pursue new project opportunities and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of efficiency solutions, including building commissioning, retro-commissioning, monitoring-based commissioning, energy modeling, sustainability consulting, and more. They will also be well-versed in the commercial and industrial architecture, construction, and facility management industry throughout the Rocky Mountain region.

You will use your technical expertise and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners, develop content for proposals and marketing materials, and represent Iconergy at industry events.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - 115,000 per year, plus commission structure, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, flexible savings accounts, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and maintain strong relationships with peers throughout the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
  • Develop content for proposals, qualification packages, and other marketing materials that demonstrate our services, staff, and experience.
  • Attend or present at regional industry events to publicize the Iconergy brand.
  • Provide quality control on proposals and other materials, including proofreading and editing.
  • Coordinate internally with internal technical staff to plan for and receive the support needed to fulfill business development opportunities.
